Responsibility

  • ensure a safe and secure environment
  • support the Site Manager in undertaking minor or temporary maintenance and repairs
  • act as a point of contact for contractors as required
  • support the Site Manager in ensuring our grounds are maintained, safe and tidy
  • considerate and have a 'can do' attitude
  • accountable to: The Site Manager, Headteacher and Progression 2Work Board of Directors
  • support the Site Manager in undertaking weekly, monthly and termly statutory checks in accordance with the school's Health and Safety Policy i.e. fire alarm checks, water testing
  • to support the Construction Tutor in managing all tools and resources in and around the Construction area
