Responsibility
- an opportunity has arisen to join the Finance Team as a Senior Accountant to support current client work and new opportunities
- the successful candidate will be provide support and knowledge to the Finance department predominantly on the client side
- pro is recognised as one of the leading providers of run-off management and professional services to the international insurance and insurance industry
- supporting client projects
- management & statutory reporting
- they will be responsible for developing their knowledge and skills in the finance processes and systems, and enhancing the value that the role can deliver to the business

Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- A qualified accountant e.g. CIMA, ACCA or similar
- insurance technical experience
- extremely motivated, highly organised, detail-orientated and hard-working person
- excellent and demonstrable written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver accurate information with an attention to detail
- strong analytical skills
- proven track record of setting up and using multiple accounting software packages
- production of statutory accounts and the annual statutory reporting cycle, monthly management reports, and cashflow management
- focused on continual professional and personal growth, including the improvement of business and economic knowledge
