your accountabilities will be but are not limited to
working a 37.5hr week over 5 days designated between Mon-Fri
utilising CRM, following up on leads and building client relationships
delivering a world class customer service experience
establishing new business
maintaining accurate records
supporting the sales team
good verbal and written communication
Requirements
strong record of results in client management
excellent interpersonal & organisational skills
IT Proficient
self Motivated, proactive and dedicated
A professional manner
able to illustrate experience of client management
must be able to discuss and illustrate an awareness and interest in luxury watch brands and the industry. A lot will be taught and trained in this role, however those without a basic working knowledge need not apply
