Requirements
- at least 6 months bartending experience working in a cocktail/ drinks led environment
- previous experience as a bartender or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- A great passion for customer service
- strong knowledge of different types of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- an understanding of the importance of the guest journey, from the moment they are greeted to when they leave
- excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
- maintaining great standards
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Responsibility
- we have sky high standards and you must be able to work the bar and deliver beautiful drinks whilst assisting with day to day running of the bar and occasionally, floor
- adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages
- collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
