- efficient daily diary management for José Pizarro, liaising with Dr. Peter Meades
- management of José's email accounts, responding promptly to incoming emails and inquiries on his behalf
- screening/dealing with phone calls, handling requests, and providing assistance to, and on behalf of, José
- welcoming, liaising, and assisting visitors at all levels of business, personal life and seniority within the group
- attending and representing José’s at meetings as required, ensuring thorough preparation with the right information and documentation
- coordinating all travel plans, including flights , ground transportation, documents/visas, and accommodation arrangements
- occasional travel with José to assist with research, various meetings, events and presentations
- looking after and taking care of the two family dogs, Conchi & Pie when required, including arranging dog sitting, vet appointments, travel arrangements etc
Requirements
