Responsibility
- work with customers to gain an understanding of their requirements and aspirations
- visit the customers home to technically validate the dimensions and constraints of their plans
- create mood boards, design schemes and draw up technical drawings
- producing detailed quotations and close the sale
- oversee and monitor project from start to finish
- liaise with customers throughout, from concept to completion, maintaining positive relations along the way
- liaise with contractors, fitters, and suppliers to manage the project from start to finish and ensure it is completed on time, within budget and to the customers satisfaction
- have a good understand of our competition and be able to demonstrate how we differ and what sets us apart from the rest
Requirements
- experience of bathroom design
- experience of working in a high-end showroom
- ability to manage multiple projects ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout
- proficient in software design and understanding of technical drawings and scale
- an eye for exceptional design, colour and trends
- ambitious and tenacious, focused on customer satisfaction
- team player with energy and enthusiasm for design and driving sales
- ability to communicate confidently with customer throughout a project
