- candidates must be confident following bulk recipes and procedures to produce large quantities of bakes

- the job will be mostly working alone following instructions left by colleagues, so strong organisational skills and an ability to maintain levels of cleanliness whilst working are a must
- the working schedule can be flexible and tailored around the right candidate. Around 2-3 shifts per week across 7 days, with extra shifts available to cover holidays
