Responsibility
- provide high-quality mental health nursing care in line with NMC guidelines
- conduct detailed mental health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress
- administer medication and treatments in accordance with NMC standards and company policies
- conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create tailored care plans
- administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patients are responding effectively
- assess, plan, implement, and evaluate person-centred care plans for residents
- work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care

Requirements
- NMC UK registered RGN or RMN
- previous experience working in a nursing home setting, particularly with elderly and vulnerable individuals
- registered Mental Health Nurse qualification with active NMC registration
- strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to care
- strong clinical understanding of mental health disorders and treatments
- ability to work independently and as part of a team on night shifts
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and teamwork
- ability to handle high-pressure situations and make informed decisions swiftly
