Les quist from Farrows is the new letting agent after the property I rent got sold at auction. He is a massive scammer and increased the rent 50% which even the council have complained is excessive. The property is in atrocious condition with rotten wood on windowsills, internal doors and skirting boards. Storage heaters cannot be used because switching them on causes electric shocks due to being on a damp external wall with no insulation. Don't believe all the perfect reviews that go on about how wonderful Les is they are likely bots or fake since nobody has 5 star reviews especially Estate agencies.

A true professional con artist. This agent has moved various cities after ripping people off now positioned in Grimsby after them eventually cottoning on to his dirty tricks. Les presents knowledgeable and calm but once he has gained your confidence and control of your property he charges tenants more unbeknown to landlords and skims money off the top. This is from the hundreds of properties he has taken over but never checks on. Beware and steer well clear!
