Responsibility
prepare, negotiate and finalise commercial Sponsor contracts such as CTA’s and change orders and/or other related documentation
build and maintain good relationships with clients and suppliers
manage the Contracts database ensuring it is maintained and diarise agreement expiry dates for review
support Project Management and Operations with the drafting, review and execution of clinical vendor and supplier agreements
co-ordinate and attend regular contracts meetings and provide updates on progress and expectations on delivery
identifying ways to increase efficiency and improve productivity
the post holder will be responsible for the provision of Contract management primarily but not limited to the preparation and review of Panthera commercial contracts
the post holder will be responsible for supporting the business to maximise efficiency and productivity to meet timelines on contract execution
Requirements
qualification or equivalent experience in commercial contract law, contract preparation and negotiation, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
proficient understanding of the principles of contract law, including a general understanding of applicable regulations and industry guidelines
in-depth understanding of business, contractual and financial principles that relate to service agreements
ability to organise competing priorities logically and review outstanding contractual risk and issues
3 – 5 years of contracts experience
demonstrated ability to attention to detail
excellent analytical and decision-based thinking skills
excellent organisational and time management skills
