Requirements
qualification or equivalent experience in commercial contract law, contract preparation and negotiation, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
proficient understanding of the principles of contract law, including a general understanding of applicable regulations and industry guidelines
in-depth understanding of business, contractual and financial principles that relate to service agreements
ability to organise competing priorities logically and review outstanding contractual risk and issues
3 – 5 years of contracts experience
