Responsibility
- you will be responsible for Clinical Standards
- liaise with the Community Nursing Care Team regarding Service User’s health care needs
- maintain effective communications with Management, Staff, Service Users, Relatives and any other concerned bodies
- ensuing all Staff Members contribute to the best of their ability to the efficient running of the Care Home, and to the creation of an atmosphere conducive to the best interests of Service User’s
- in a Nursing Care setting, interact with Service User’s to ensure that their health care needs are being met and resolve any problems where appropriate
- in the absence of the Manager, to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Care Home, and ensure that all Company policies and procedures, and all legal requirements, are adhered to within the defined timescales
Requirements
- 1st Level Nurse
- to have the ability to work effectively within a Team Environment
- previous management/supervisory experience
- care for the Elderly experience / qualification
- minimum two years management / supervisory experience
- team player
- genuine interest in working with the older person
- satisfactory PVG Record Check
