OXFORD VETERINARY SPECIALISTS is looking for employees for positions:
receptionist
Responsibility
- registering clients on to the computer system
- you will need to be able to provide a warm, friendly welcome to our clients and show empathy at certain times
- you will help to answer client queries and direct them to other team members where appropriate
- confirmation to Referring veterinarian that the referral is being processed
- providing client information packs
- assisting in booking of procedures
- reception duties including answering the phone, arriving clients, processing card/cash payments
- complete end of day cashing up
Requirements
- as a Client Care Assistant, you will provide a friendly, efficient and professional service for our clients and the referring vets
- be a team player with the ability to establish positive working relationships and support the team
- demonstrate excellent IT skills and be confident with computer systems and email
- experience in a veterinary / clinical environment would be preferred but is not essential as full training will be given
- veterinary Receptionist: 1 year
- customer Service: 1 year
- this will be a Full-Time role for candidates working 36hr/week on a fixed rota. Part time will also be considered for the right candidate. A competitive salary and generous benefit package will be offered to the right candidate
- oxford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
