manager
Responsibility
- developing in house training for all new starters and providing ongoing refresher training and providing regular feedback on quality
- processing of sales applications, enquiries, telephone calls
- maintaining data on CRM systems to ensure all key client contacts and delegates are up to date
- ensuring the quality of sales material
- management of the sales process from initial customer contact to final purchase decision
- liaising with the finance function
- to effectively manage the team in a proactive manner, identifying and addressing any training and development needs creating a multiskilled quality team
- building relationships with new and existing clients
Requirements
- exceptional customer service skills
- positive, flexible attitude with a common-sense approach
- ability to build and maintain positive and strong relationships internally and externally
- resilient in the face of challenges, pulling things together and driving to resolution
- excellent communication and listening skills
- knowledge and experience of Microsoft Applications and CRM systems
- attention to detail
- a minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing an office team or experience dealing with learning and development / HR contacts within organisations
