- must have strong EYFS knowledge and previous experience in implementing EYFS curriculum, strong organisational and planning skills

- must have excellent safeguarding knowledge
- designated safeguarding lead training will be provided
- your role will be to lead the team on a daily basis to ensure excellent communication between you, the team, management, parents and other agencies when required
