Responsibility
- providing support to the finance manager with reconciliations of the ledgers and transactional processing
- processing refunds through our merchant account and finance business partner
- the accounts’ assistant role will develop further as there is need in the finance department
- assist the Finance and Operation Manager with daily management of the company shipping schedule- including communicating with supplier records and updating/uploading details for our freight forwarder records
- ad hoc Tasks as needed set by Finance and Operations manager/Director or other managers
- updating our master records for data which is sent by our suppliers – product dimensions, weights and calculating CBM
- processing Daily orders via our third party couriers, allocating despatch services and communicating to our couriers
- managing Director
