- as a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for connecting educational institutions with talented professionals in the field
- your role will involve sourcing, screening, and matching candidates to meet the specific needs of our clients
- actively source, attract, and recruit qualified candidates for education-related positions through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking
- conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
- build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential candidates
- develop a deep understanding of clients' recruitment needs and requirements
Requirements
- previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, preferably within the education sector
- in-depth knowledge of the education industry, including an understanding of educational roles, qualifications, and certifications
- proven ability to source, attract, and recruit high-quality candidates using various recruitment methods
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and clients
- strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability
- ability to understand clients' needs and provide effective recruitment solutions
- exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- proficiency in using recruitment software and databases to manage candidate and client information
