as a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for connecting educational institutions with talented professionals in the field
your role will involve sourcing, screening, and matching candidates to meet the specific needs of our clients
actively source, attract, and recruit qualified candidates for education-related positions through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking
conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential candidates
develop a deep understanding of clients' recruitment needs and requirements
Requirements
previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, preferably within the education sector
in-depth knowledge of the education industry, including an understanding of educational roles, qualifications, and certifications
proven ability to source, attract, and recruit high-quality candidates using various recruitment methods
excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and clients
strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability
