Responsibility
- handle incoming calls from engineers and customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance
- coordinate and order necessary parts for engineers as required
- schedule engineer visits by contacting customers and arranging appointments
- update internal systems with any necessary amendments and relevant information
- assist the Operations Manager with administrative tasks, such as placing subcontractor orders, quoting small works projects and on-site visits
- manage small works contracts, including processing new contracts for invoicing and scheduling engineers
- resolve customer disputes and process contract terminations
Requirements
- strong background in administration, preferably with experience in a service or engineering setting
- customer-focused mindset with excellent phone-based customer service skills
- exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- ability to work efficiently within deadlines
- keen attention to detail and effective multitasking abilities
- ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
