Responsibility
- develop and maintain strong relationships with current and future customers within the PFI sector
- survey for new works opportunities in lifecycle, variations etc
- be the front point of contact for PFI customers, attending monthly contract meetings and ad-hoc meetings
- ensure the contracted clients are receiving satisfactory service
- deal with and provide solutions to potential issues or problems that arise
- stay up to date with market trends and new innovations to benefit both the business and the customer
- work closely with the operations managers, works managers, service managers and project managers to ensure that the required level of service is upheld
Requirements
- background or qualification in administration, preferably with experience in a service or engineering setting
- customer-focused mindset with excellent phone-based customer service skills
- exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- ability to work efficiently within deadlines
- keen attention to detail and effective multitasking abilities
- ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
