Requirements
- ONC/HNC level
- or equivalent experience of working in a technical sales environment in the power industry
- sales and marketing techniques/methodology
- knowledge of commercial terms and conditions
- knowledge of tendering procedures
- good verbal and written communication skills
- results-orientated
- ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Responsibility
- produce tenders as necessary according to department loading demands. Following a list of requests to support the commercial team
- ensure efficient processing and follow-up on offer statuses internally
- participate in the projects as handover
- awareness of the company's manufacturing/purchasing strategy & manufacturing capability
- generating customer offers/quotes with the input of commercial and sales teams. Establishing the final ‘package,’ ensuring information is accurate, error-free, and mitigating risks
- launching offer requests for the factory. Request offer to the technical area of the factory in a clear and as concise way as possible, translating the information received from the customer to the factory language
