I had a appointment today first time they rang when I got to the phone it cut out they rang back ten minutes later the phone rang four times I answered and they cut the call, phoned up Optima straight away to be told it had already gone down as a missed appointment after they had called me three times ,Optima and it's clinicians are a joke they get paid a lot of money for making prank calls well annoyed
