- CISI Level 3 Certificate in Risk in Financial Services

- proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs
- strong analytical skills for risk assessment and compliance monitoring
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey regulatory requirements clearly and effectively
Responsibility
- conduct induction training for new employees, with a specific focus on FCA compliance, customer service, and product knowledge
- ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of training activities, incidents, and FCA compliance reviews
- support the management team by collating Management Information
- provide ongoing support and guidance to staff to ensure they meet FCA standards in their roles
- support all employees to achieve and maintain competency in their role
