Responsibility
- our Marketing department is looking for a witty, strategic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Social Media Executive
- oversees all company social media accounts management
- develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
- working directly with influencers and UGC creators to produce clickable content which can be used across organic and paid media
- coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals
- monitoring user engagement and analysing feedback on a daily basis, and reporting on the effects of each key undertaking
- analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
- works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
Requirements
- able to confidently manage brand social media accounts
- able to produce creative content to engage audiences and widen reach
- ability and desire to analyse data to better understand and monitor performance
- able to clearly and concisely communicate with account managers and clients on a regular basis, in an organised and professional manner
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- organised nature with the ability to multi-task
- the successful Social Media Executive should be an avid user of social media and an understanding of how it can be used as a marketing tool for brands
- good attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically
