Responsibility
- assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales performance, inventory management, and customer service
- lead and motivate a team of retail associates, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance
- ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- monitor and analyse sales trends, inventory levels, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies
- collaborate with the Store Manager to create and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
- maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and product displays
- assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
