- oliver Agriculture Ltd is part of the Oliver group
- oliver's are a long-standing family business with a heritage in farm machinery going back 200 years
- we are looking to recruit a Parts Manager at out Petworth depot
- we were the first independent CLAAS dealer in 1947 and the business has gone from strength to strength with the last 8 years seeing significant growth with an expanded sales territory and 3 additional depots at Reading, Winchester and Petworth
- assist local management with the development of the parts teams, location stock level and quality, general service level and overall presentation and stocking of showrooms
Requirements
- relevant experience within parts management in a retail environment
- strong teamwork skills
- A high level of customer awareness
- excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- A good understanding of agricultural machinery would be beneficial but not essential
- willingness to work unsociable hours during peak periods is essential
