Responsibility
- the Old School House Day Nursery is seeking a full time and experienced Duty Manager at our Reggio Inspired nursery setting located in Middleton, Tamworth
- the Duty Manager position is a room based position and will also give the right person the responsibility of being a key holder and DSL, whilst up skilling themselves, overseen by a supportive management team, for future management positions within our growing company in the West Midlands
- we are looking for individuals wishing to find a long term permanent position within our unique and growing company, also wanting to develop themselves professionally within the company
- the role is a full time position with a contract of 41.25 hours per week, from Monday to Friday but with flexibility of working 4 days per week
- the Old School House Nurseries are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and driven Nursery Manager, with a wealth of experience in the Early Years Sector to join our expanding team
- established in 2017, we currently comprise of three nurseries in the Sutton Coldfield and Tamworth area, with a fourth nursery now joining our group in Aldridge, Walsall
- this is a an exciting opportunity and for the right candidate will be a fulfilling and rewarding position at an existing and already established nursery
- the taken over an acquisition of our newest nursery has taken place in April 2024 and we are looking for a Nursery Manager to support and facilitate the exciting transition alongside the directors
Requirements
- minimum Level 3 in Early Childhood Studies or equivalent
- minimum Level 3 in Childhood Studies or equivalent
- at least 12 months in a Room Senior or similar position experience
- at least 12 months in a Room Senior or similar leader position experience
- nursery Management: 4 years
