Requirements
- previous Reception experience is essential, experience in a veterinary setting is desirable but training will be given
- excellent communication skills - to empathise and care for our clients and their pets and accurately pass on information
- computer literacy
- ability to multitask when under pressure
- organisational and time management skills and the ability to maintain high standards of customer care and accuracy
- attention to detail
