Responsibility
- we are looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper/Housekeeper to join our team here at Oakwood House
- as such we need you to demonstrate a caring and empathetic nature towards others
- we are a 25 bedded Nursing Home and we support those with behaviours that can be challenging, Dementia and other diverse needs
- as Head Housekeeper you will be part of the Home's Management Team and in addition to working on the floor you will be required to complete compliance paperwork, audit, staff rota's and allocations, budget management,stock ordering and control, alongside being the Infection Control Lead for the home working closely with the Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure Infection Control Compliance at all times
