Responsibility
- we are looking to recruit a Service Advisor for our Aftersales department
- you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop
- you will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time
- you will also have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers
- this is a great opportunity to join a busy and thriving team within a MG Franchised Dealer environment and used car centre
- you will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have
- this is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need
- ideally, you will have excellent organizational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be desirable
