Responsibility
- you will work closely with vulnerable adults, supporting their personal care, domestic tasks, and other practical needs
- A 10-bedded house catering for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviour, and Complex Needs is looking for dedicated and compassionate care assistants to become part of their team of professionals
- as an Adult Care Worker, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, providing essential assistance to individuals in all aspects of their daily lives
- your primary goal will be to empower and encourage independence in alignment with person-centred plans, promoting a fulfilling and dignified lifestyle for our residents
Requirements
- A compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to improve the lives of others
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with service users and their families
- patience, resilience, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- to be successful for the role you will need minimum 6 months experience as a healthcare worker in a UK nursing home or hospital
- care home UK: 1 year
