Requirements
- experience of Managing teams and employees
- experience of motivating staff
- understanding of how maintenance needs to be performed and manager
Responsibility
- helping to develop and ensuring that the organisation's procedures and standards are complied with when carrying out test/maintenance and repair
- responding to quality deficiencies in the area of activity for which he/she is responsible, which arise from internal/external quality audits
- implementation of the safety policy and human factor issues at the facility
- satisfactory completion/repair/test and certification of all work required by workshop personnel in accordance with the work specification
- developing a production planning system appropriate to the amount and complexity of the maintenance scope of work
- arrange for the availability of appropriate facilities for the planned work, including workshops, offices, and storage as necessary
- ensuring that any work for external/internal clients are correctly detailed in a work order/contract and that the requirements of the contract/work order are fulfilled in respect of inspection
- secure availability of tools, equipment and materials to perform the planned tasks
