This company is having multiple names as I just came to know that. I booked the tickets with "Dream holidays Ltd".I never go thru the agencies but one of my friends suggested it,so I thought I may get some discount so that I can save some money.I received tickets from "dream holidays Ltd ",which is having a contact details of "02045199025, (deleted by the administrator)". I called to this number to get compensation but no response then I searched in Google for its details, then I found it's having multiple names to scam the people.
My experience was horrible and still struggling with the extra expenses I had gone through.
Travel Nightmare: My Harrowing Experience with Dream Holidays Itd recently encountered a nightmare scenario while booking a family trip through Dream Holidays, an online travel agency. What began as an exciting opportunity to create lasting memories with my loved ones quickly devolved into a distressing ordeal fraught with deception and financial strain. In my own words, I recount the disheartening sequence of events: "This site is not at all trustworthy. I had a very bad experience with it and still struggling just because of one attempt."According to my account, Dream Holidays assured me that my tickets were confirmed, even offering a generous 20% discount. However, just hours before my scheduled departure, I received the shocking news that my flight tickets had been canceled. Despite assurances of alternative arrangements, I found myself and my family left in limbo, with no boarding passes and no recourse for assistance."To make matters worse," I explain, "they attempted to extort additional funds from me on the pretext of securing new tickets, only to continuously fail to process the transactions, leaving us stranded on the way to the airport."In a desperate bid for resolution, I recount how I reached out to both the company's customer service and my bank, only to be met with silence and indifference. "In the middle of the road with 2 kids, I struggled in this way," I lament. The repercussions of this ordeal were not merely financial. My trust in online travel agencies has been irreparably shattered, and my once-cherished family vacation turned into a source of anxiety and frustration."If I don't trust this, I could have gone with £1520," I reveal, "just because of this scam, I had to book tickets for £3900 in the last minute."Despite my efforts to seek compensation for the anguish and inconvenience inflicted upon my family, my pleas have fallen on deaf ears.In sharing my story, I hope to warn fellow travelers of the perils of dealing with unscrupulous travel agencies and to advocate for greater accountability and consumer protection within the industry. My message is clear: "Let my experience serve as a cautionary tale. Don't let the allure of discounts blind you to the risks. Trustworthy customer service and transparent practices are paramount when entrusting your travel plans to any company."As I continue to grapple with the aftermath of my ordeal, my resilience and determination serve as a beacon of hope for travelers everywhere, reminding us all to remain vigilant and empowered in the face of adversity.
