Worked lots of over time with no support and got told I was worth 3% where other people had +10% payrise.
Different people had WFH, due to CEO (owner) being two side where he understands you when speaking to you but asking management to make you go into the office.
Payrise and Job promotion is based on favouritism and not hard work or commitment. Small company mentality. They expect you to over work and no benefits, useless medical cover, and 4% employer contributions.
