The owner of this company is a man named (deleted by the administrator) who was convicted of very violent car thefts dragging women out of their cars using baseball bats then stealing their cars you can check this on google as it’s on Birmingham mail he is also a support worker for his company he bullies vulnerable tenants and shouts and has horrendously bad breath he took £150 as a deposit from me so I could put my gym in the property he then decided lol to evict me without any notice and refused to give me my gym back and refused to give me the £150 deposit back and tried to charge me an extra £200 claiming my gym was is storage and that I could not get the gym back unless I paid the storage cost he threatened the other tenants with eviction if they talked to me or if they let me into the property to get my gym back luckily 1 month later I managed to make my way into the property when the police were there for another matter that they were called for while I was removing my gym he quickly came to the property with 4 of the same men who were part of his violent car theft crimes and protested to the police against me taking my gym because this is supported housing he can evict you with 1 weeks notice but if he sees that you have valuables that are worth a lot of money he will lie to the police saying your a danger to the other tenants to get an instant same day eviction a few months later he decided to damage his own doors bathroom ceiling and the ceilings in 3 rooms and blame it on me to make a fraudent insurance claim threw his insurance and claim for rent for the 3 rooms as this is supported housing he can claim £250 per room per week as losses luckily the police realised that this was just a fraudulent insurance claim and the charges were dropped against me as I wasn’t there
