- negotiate rental agreements with tenants
- manage daily operations of tenancies, addressing breaches and tenant complaints
- coordinate property maintenance, liaise with contractors, and schedule repairs
Requirements
- minimum 12 months of experience in a similar lettings role
- full driving license and own car
