Responsibility
- work with engineering to embed quality control requirements with the build documentation
- Review customer quality requirements and flow down to applicable departments & documentation
- Monitor, maintain, & make continuous improvements of manufacturing processes & documentation
- Product Inspection & quality sign off
- Authorise the release of product to the customer
- Preparation & sign off for deliverable Manufacturing quality packs
- Be part of the non-conformance process
- Undertaking of FAIR's to customer requirements or AS9102
Requirements
- experience of reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- understanding of GD&T
- ability to use industry standard inspection measurement equipment
- health and safety training IOSH / NEBOSH
- 5’s / lean training
- CQI Qualification or similar
- excellent Knowledge with ISO 9001 quality management systems
- ability to work under pressure in customer driven production environment
