- we’re looking for a Partner Relationship Unit Manager with experience to join, an important charity helping vulnerable children across the world
- responsible for developing & implementing unit annual plans & contributing to the development of HIP’s priorities
- support cross-unit interdependent work that delivers the whole of Humanitarian & International Programmes team organisational responsibilities

- strategically engage with NOs & Regional Offices to understand, influence into and be influenced by their strategic and operational direction

- location: Milton Keynes/ Hybrid – two days in the office a week minimum
Requirements
- hold a postgraduate degree or degree and significant experience in the development sector
- proven understanding of development theory, policy and practice
- experience in managing a high-performing team
- experience working in a cross-cultural context in a developing country
- proven experience of influencing numerous stakeholders at multiple levels
- proven success in portfolio management
- experience in developing and implementing strategy
