- design and create graphics for video thumbnails, intros, outros, and promotional materials
- collaborate with the video production team to develop and maintain the channel's brand identity and visual aesthetic
- design and implement visual elements for social media platforms to promote the Nanak Naam YouTube channel, brand and charity
- design in-video motion graphics to be used to enhance the educational content with text as well as video intros and outros
- create email newsletter templates
- create and maintain templates for graphics and promotional materials
- manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software updates
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- proven work experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio of work to showcase
- strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and design principles
- continually A/B test and refine content through the use of analytical data
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other team members
- ability to multitask and prioritise projects in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- knowledge of YouTube best practices and trends is a plus
- ability to commute and work from our office in Uxbridge
