- readymix Huddersfield operate three concrete plants across West & North Yorkshire which is part of the progressive family-owned Myers Group
- excellent approach to Health, Safety, & Environment
- manage day to day running of concrete plants
- manage maintenance activities utilising company resources
- an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Readymix Production Manager to join our concrete business at Readymix Huddersfield Ltd , based in Huddersfield
- deliver on production KPI’s
- work closely with Commercial, Technical, and Logistics team
- maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the plant network

- previous Supervisory or Management experience
- proven experience in concrete production
- excellent communication skills
- able to build good relationships
- excellent interpersonal skills
- must be PC literate
- the ability to plan, prioritise and organise own workload
- ability to work under pressure and to tight schedules
