• prepare, review, and file legal documents, including letters before action, claims, particulars of claim, and court forms
• reviewing and offering discounts to customers whose are accounts are severely overdue
• assessing and enforcing attachments of earnings

• compiling evidence, consumer contractual agreements required to submit a claim
• manging accounts in pre-litigation and all the way through settlement, and county Court judgments - attending court when necessary
• communicate professionally and effectively with clients, debtors, courts, and third parties regarding case updates, settlement offers, and negotiations
• compile debtor financial information and review assets in order to provide best potential recovery options and assess suitability for further action
• ensure compliance with UK's financial regulations, debt collection laws, data protection laws, and ethical standards related to debt collection practices
• management of a case management systems – maintaining SLA’s
• put forward ides and strategies that maximise debt recovery

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in debt recovery litigation and enforcement
• legal: 5 years
