Responsibility
manage and improve every aspect of MFC’s non-footballing operations
direct line-management responsibility for the members of the Club Management Team
in conjunction with CMT members, deliver against MFC’s plans for non-football events, marketing, match-day promotion, attendance targets and retail
be the face of the club for all non-football matters and ensure that the club and its staff always present the club professionally and in the best possible light
liaise closely with MFC’s First Team Manager to ensure that football and non-football activities are aligned and mutually supportive; where candidates possess the ability and potential to oversee or have greater involvement in football operations this will be considered on a case-by-case basis
manage all non-football recruitment to the highest possible standard
be responsible for day-to-day club budgeted expenditure
manage relationships between MFC and key ‘Shrimps Family’ and partner organisations, including Community Sports, Morecambe FC Women, the Shrimps Trust, Lancaster & Morecambe College and various charitable organisations
