Requirements
- must have a strong background in a fresh food led, fast paced environment
- basic food Hygiene Certificate
- experience in high volume food service an advantage
- ensure all food standards are adhered to in receipt, preparation and service of meals
- ensure all working areas are kept clean
- assist team members as necessary
- ensure strict working practices are followed for allergens and food safety
- ensure all menus are followed and dishes prepared to Catering Manager’s specification
