Responsibility
- create and maintain courses, modules, and course and module instances using Ellucian Quercus
- generate and rollover course instances and enrol repeating students according to the course instance
- propagate and rollover course instances and enrol repeating students according to the course instance
- input student data using assisted enrolment and create survey questions to collect data as part of the application process
- act as the first point of contact in Mont Rose House for all prospective and existing students, answering phone calls and emails and dealing with queries

- apply services such as applying online, assisted enrolment, etc
- update student data such as status, fees, results and SSN, and other student-related information
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, or finance. Or experience in a related role
- at least two years of experience as a SaaS-based MIS Administrator, preferably Ellucian Quercus
- at least two years of experience as a SaaS-based MIS Administrator, preferably Ellucian Quercus administrator or a similar role
- excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams
- ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadline
- knowledge of data protection, security, and compliance regulations
