Responsibility
- supervising shifts, delivering outstanding coffee and ensuring a great welcome
- serving light breakfasts, brunches and lunches and maintaining food safety standards
- managing team on a day to day basis to deliver exceptional service and coffee
- assisting the Manager in ordering, rotas, recruitment and training
- providing guidance and support to staff and creating a great work environment
Requirements
- previous Barista experience, delivering quality hot drinks
- previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a coffee shop or cafe setting
- knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- familiarity with basic kitchen operations and coffee shop procedures
- excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A confident approach and focus on customer experience is essential
- supervising experience: 1 year
