Requirements
- experience of working on Section 278 and Section 38 highway design projects
- experience in the provision of cost-estimates
- pro-active management skills with confidence to manage teams in accordance with a growing and varied workload
- member of a relevant Charted Institute
- strong technical skills and experience in a range of highway design environments
- hold a valid UK driving license
- proven project management of highway projects and delivery to programme and budget
- display sound independent judgment
