- demonstrated ability to manage and motivate technical personnel effectively
Responsibility
- process Optimisation : Continuously improve and streamline manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality, minimising waste and costs
- technical Expertise : Provide technical support to Production and Quality departments, and provide tech input in the preparation of quotations, liaising with the customer, toolmaker and suppliers
- quality Control : Develop and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure the highest product quality and consistency
