Responsibility
- take ownership of developing the hospitality leadership recruitment desk, identifying new business opportunities and building a strong client portfolio
- partner with luxury hospitality brands to deliver tailored recruitment solutions for senior and executive roles
- act as a key advisor to both clients and candidates within the hospitality space, providing market insights and recruitment expertise
- source and engage high-quality leadership talent through headhunting, networking, and existing industry contacts
- conduct thorough candidate assessments and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from brief to placement
- represent the agency at hospitality and luxury industry events to build relationships and brand visibility
- collaborate closely with the internal team to contribute to the wider growth of our international recruitment services
Requirements
- hospitality industry background is essential – e.g., operational or leadership roles within hotels, resorts, F&B, or travel sectors
- prior experience in recruitment or executive search is highly desirable
- strong ability to engage with senior and C-level stakeholders confidently
- proven business development and client relationship skills, with a commercial mindset
- A passion for the luxury and hospitality industries, with a strong understanding of their dynamics and trends
- self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
