Requirements
bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
strong understanding of customer success principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
demonstrated sales skills, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth
ability to build and maintain strong relationships with patients, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism
strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar customer-facing role in the healthcare industry, preferably in a private clinic or hospital setting
proficiency in using customer relationship management software and other relevant tools
Responsibility
build and maintain strong relationships with patients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and assistance as needed
conduct regular check-ins with patients to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns or issues, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience
collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care, streamline processes, and ensure efficient service delivery
manage patient accounts, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
actively promote and market clinic services to increase patient retention and drive sales
identify and qualify leads, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to convert prospects into patients
serve as the primary point of contact for assigned patients, ensuring a positive and personalized experience from initial contact through post-treatment follow-up
stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitors' offerings to identify sales opportunities and make informed recommendations
