- strong understanding of customer success principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- demonstrated sales skills, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth
- ability to build and maintain strong relationships with patients, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism
- strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar customer-facing role in the healthcare industry, preferably in a private clinic or hospital setting
- proficiency in using customer relationship management software and other relevant tools
Responsibility
- build and maintain strong relationships with patients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and assistance as needed
- conduct regular check-ins with patients to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns or issues, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience
- collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care, streamline processes, and ensure efficient service delivery
- manage patient accounts, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- actively promote and market clinic services to increase patient retention and drive sales
- identify and qualify leads, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to convert prospects into patients
- serve as the primary point of contact for assigned patients, ensuring a positive and personalized experience from initial contact through post-treatment follow-up
- stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitors' offerings to identify sales opportunities and make informed recommendations
