Responsibility
- MAH Construction Group UK is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finishing Manager to oversee the final stages of our construction projects
- coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services required for finishing works
- you will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate the finishing phase of construction projects
- conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, building codes, and project specifications
- identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies in the finishing process to ensure timely project completion
- collaborate with project managers to develop and implement efficient finishing schedules and workflows
- monitor and control project budgets related to finishing works, including labor, materials, and equipment costs
- provide guidance and support to onsite personnel regarding finishing techniques, safety procedures, and best practices
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- proven experience as a Finishing Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- excellent organizational and leadership skills
- ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- professional certification in Construction Management or related field
- valid driver's license and willingness to travel to construction sites as needed
- experience with LEED or sustainable building practices
