Responsibility
- due to continued growth and expansion, we have an immediate need for an EXPERIENCED UPVC Windows & Doors Estimator to join their team working on both commercial and domestic properties, including new build and refurbishment
- this is an exciting time to be joining the company, who are investing heavily in their future and growing quickly, providing the ideal environment for you to develop and progress your own career
- that said we are looking for the “right candidate” who is energetic, proactive and an experienced uPVC Estimator with the skills and desire to manage his/her own team in the future
Requirements
- carefully inspecting tender documentation and analysing exact requirements and identify areas that we can provide quotations on
- ability to extract information from tender drawings or customer survey sheets to allow quotations to be prepared and submitted
- ability to maintain & develop professional relationships with current clients as well as sourcing new clients to help future business development
- promote further tender invitations
- you should be confident, reliable and a team player
- estimating: 2 years
- ensuring quotations are submitted professionally and accurately reflect and demonstrate what has been included. We use “EVOLUTION” software specifically designed for the UPVC Industry
- excellent time management and negotiating skills
