- stepping up to run the store in Managers absence - You should have strong leadership skills and be able to manage a team
- guarantee that the customer is put at the forefront of every decision that is made. Without exception everybody who leaves the Lyle and Scott store has been subjected to a market leading instore experience
- behave in a fun, engaging, warm manner with all customers; welcoming them into the store in a bespoke manner that fits their needs, creating an environment that all customers want to linger in and browse
- become a trusted styling and purchasing advisor to customers who come back to the store because they want to be served by you as an individual and they want to be immersed in the Lyle and Scott experience
- A passion for a career within retail and is keen to learn new skills in the future which could lead to a career into management
