Requirements
- good knowledge of returns, inventory and goods in/out departments within a warehouse environment
- experience in leading ,a team of warehouse operatives, training developing completeing 1-2-1's
- experience in leading ,a team of warehouse operatives, training developing completing 1-2-1's
- experience of working with warehouse systens ideally SAP
- good numerical skills and record keeping skills
- able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- show the ability to take ownership of an issue, seeing it through from start to finish in a professional manner
- strong customer focus
Responsibility
- leading and managing and team to achieve and exceed SLAs
- distributing work orders and ensuring the workload of the employees
- steering, coordinating, and implementing processes as well as planning the daily business activities
- first point of contact for all process and technical faults and forwarding of reports to the involved departments
- identifying issues or problems and initiating corrective measures and success control
- ensuring SLA compliance
- creating and evaluating reports
- participating in resource planning
